PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDER PROCESSING TIME IS DIFFERENT FROM SHIPPING TIMES SEEN AT CHECKOUTS. YOU'LL RECEIVE ANOTHER NOTIFICATION ONCE YOUR PRODUCT IS DISPATCHED FROM OUR END.
Processing and Shipping Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 8-10 working days. You will receive the product within 8-10 working days, as we dispatch your order within 3 working days from the day of your order confirmation.
Domestic Shipping
We’re thrilled to offer *free shipping* on all domestic orders. For returns, the customer must bear the return expense. For exchanges, Pelios God of Emotion™ will bear the shipping charges.
NOTE*:
WE PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING FOR PAYMENTS THROUGH ONLINE PLATFORMS ONLY. FOR CASH OF DELIVERY (COD) IN DOMESTIC REGION, CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY ₹199 FOR SHIPPING.
International Shipping
International shipping charges are calculated based on your location and local import/export regulations. As per the legal requirements of the destination country, any additional customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a message with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Returns and Replacements
In case of returns, we do not restock products. However, we will provide either:

A replacement product of equivalent value within 7 working days, or

A store-credit.

A full refund of the purchase amount, as per your preference within 48-72 business hours.
